After months of planning, 90 solar PV Panels have been installed on the roof of the Spool Factory building.

The panels, and other projects recently completed in the building, will reduce our energy usage and will see the Spool Factory use less fossil fuel, thus reducing pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.

The installation was made possible with assistance from the Department of Rural and Community Development through ‘Our Rural Future’.
